Student Email Accounts

Your Jefferson College e-mail account is used for important college and course information and is the required resource for communicating with college faculty and staff. All email from the college will come to this account. Students should check this college email account regularly.  You can access your student email by going to https://email.carilionclinic.org.

Logging Into Your Email Account

After you have deposited with Jefferson College, you will receive account information with instructions on how to login to your student email account. This information will be sent to the personal email address you used when completing your application. This email could take up to a week to reach you, so please check your email daily.  If you do not receive this email, please contact the Technology Service Center at (540) 224-1599 or call toll free at 1-800-354-1599.

Your Username and Password

Your Active Directory (AD) user name and password are used to log into your Jefferson College Email account. Click here to reset, change or unlock your AD password. For security purposes, AD passwords expire every 90 days.

For more information about access to your email, how-tos, and general questions, please visit the Inside Carilion site.  Inside Carilion requires you to login with your AD username and password, which is the same as your Jefferson email login information.
